I had the pleasure of staying for one night at Sofitel Rome, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff is absolutely incredible, taking care of every request with efficiency. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooftop bar was exceptional, offering generous and attentive service. Personally, I loved the Dolce Vita vibe of the hotel.
Furthermore, I managed to misplace a rather expensive jacket in the hotel. However, when I returned two days later, it only took them two minutes to retrieve it and return it to me.
I'm looking forward to the opportunity to return and am truly grateful for the wonderful experience I had there.
We greatly enjoyed our honeymoon stay at Sofitel Roma. The staff were friendly and extra helpful. They assisted us with ordering a taxi and gave us a map of Rome and ticket vouchers to a local event. The luxury room was beautifully spacious, and the bed soft and big enough for 2 with extra space! We greatly enjoyed the food from the restaurant as well, the breakfast bar had a good selection including gluten free options. I recommend anyone wanting a luxurious stay to book at Sofitel Roma!
Fantastic place and close to many historical sites. Great location, great service in the restaurant, fantastic breakfast. Only warning is to watch out for seagulls on the rooftop restaurant - they will swoop in and steal the food off of your plate if you aren't watching.
Beautiful room. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony. Pretty painting on ceiling. Very comfortable bed. Brought vase to room for flowers. My girlfriend left her glasses 👓 in the lobby the night before and upon exiting the elevator before we could even ask the doorman Fabrizio & concierge Augustine handed them to her like magic. We moved from another hotel in Rome & the Sofitel is definitely worth the money and its 5* reputation!
